Alex Spiro

Since 2017, Mr. Spiro has served as a partner at Quinn Emanuel, a law firm specializing in litigation matters. Between 2013 and 2017 Mr. Spiro was an attorney with the law firm of Brafman & Associates, and between 2008 and 2013, he served as an assistant district attorney with the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Spiro is a former prosecutor and a well-known litigator who has represented an array of disrupting companies across the globe. A graduate of Harvard Law School, where he has also taught since 2013, Mr. Spiro serves as a strategic advisor and board member to both public and private companies and helps growth-stage ventures with a variety of legal and operational matters. Specifically, Mr. Spiro has served as a board member of: Bluma, since 2020; Glassbridge Enterprises, since 2015; and Arrive, a private equity venture with Glassbridge Enterprises in partnership with Primary Venture Partners and Roc Nation, since 2017.
