Abrahem Ghazarian

Abrahem Ghazarian is the Chief Executive Officer of The Security Centre, the leading physical and digital security solutions provider and one of the largest private sector employers in the Cayman Islands.

Over the past 25 years, Abe held various leadership roles in multi-billion-dollar security companies, offering outsourced solutions of guarding services, electronic security systems, cash management, justice services and facility management services, operating in over 90 countries. With a proven track record of spearheading international expansion through M&A and greenfield startups. Abe delivered significant organic growth that resulted in employment opportunities of tens of thousands across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. In addition to operating in traditional commercial markets, Abe has been instrumental in supporting post-conflict countries by delivering strategic security programs and protecting critical national infrastructure. Some of the notable projects included boarder protection programs, maritime security, privatization of detention centers, remote camp security services for oil and gas and mining in addition to fulfilling FCO, US DOS, DOD, EU and UN contracts. Having subject matter expertise and an in-depth understanding of local culture have been key success factors in operating across international markets.

A true believer in aligning corporate social responsibility programs with business purpose, addressing root cause issues such as mitigating gang affiliation and criminal activities has been a priority for Abe in his various leadership roles.

Abe’s commitment to philanthropic efforts over the years focused on the next generation to ensure a safer future. Some of these CSR programs included building orphanages, facilitating fresh drinking water, providing healthcare to remote locations, and planting 100,000 trees on the Atlas Mountains. Abe’s currently committed to sponsoring young Caymanian athletes and supporting the coral reef preservation efforts by CCMI.

Fun facts!
• Abe worked as a security officer for 4 years until his graduation with focus on law enforcement
and policing in Canada.
• In 2017, During his time as the CEO of a leading facilities management group in Saudi Arabia,
Abe was awarded a Guinness world record for the creation of the world’s largest flower carpet
at Yanbu’s flower festival in celebration of the Kingdom’s vision 2030.
