Sunny Dhody

Sanjan ‘Sunny’ Dhody is CEO and Managing Partner of Blue Investment Group, a private investment firm formed in 2022. Prior to Blue Investment Group, Sanjan worked as a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and Alex Brown since 2005, where he advised some of the wealthiest families in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. He was ranked by Barron’s as the number 1 advisor in Florida and one of the top 10 advisors in the U.S.

Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Dhody was at Lehman Brothers in the fixed income division, where he worked on complex structured transactions and collaborated with the firm’s counterparties on sophisticated investments. He then joined Lehman Brothers Private Client Group where he built a significant institutional and ultra-high-net-worth family office advisory practice complemented by a focus on equity, fixed income, and structured solutions. He started his career at CitiCorp Global Emerging Markets Group in London. Mr. Dhody has backed various high profile early-stage companies including Spotify, Palantir, Ola Cabs/Ola Electric, Trumid, etc.

He received his MBA from Richmond College, London -UK and a BBA (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta University India. He has also served on the New York Committee  of Human Rights Watch.
